Inn & Country Club, on the National Register of Historic Places, is the
area's other full-service resort. There are also a number of charming cottages and log cabins in Jackson County, along with motor lodges, national chain motels, and vacation home rentals. These accommodations include spectacular views; many include fireplaces and hot tubs. Those seeking campgrounds have seven choices, from primitive tent camping to modern RV camping. Camping is also available in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park; and in some parts of the Nantahala National Forest.
